I'm Diana! I'm a full-time marketing enthusiast — a branding aficionado, digital content strategist, and self-proclaimed travel expert who can't resist a pop concert and would rather be outdoors on days off.

I'm currently serving as a Marketing Manager and Creative Team Lead at AGIA Affinity, leading marketing strategy development and execution to drive increased program enrollment and revenue. With deep expertise in direct response principles and client, project, and team management, I'm responsible for growing and driving marketing and creative strategies that deliver optimum ROI for AGIA and our partners. Recently, I've also taken on the role of Creative Team Lead, managing a team of designers and guiding creative direction across direct mail and print campaigns.

My journey in marketing began as a part-time Coordinator at CBS Radio in San Diego, cataloging music and facilitating station events and concerts — all in service of building community and spreading joy through music. Upon graduating from UCSD, I joined Asiana Airlines as a Marketing Coordinator, where I spent nearly five years specializing in social community building, niche audience branding, brand accessibility, and experiential marketing. It was also where my love for international travel truly took flight.

In 2016, I took on the role of Marketing Manager at Jet Midwest, focusing on traditional marketing strategies spanning print, website management, and email campaigns — work that contributed to significant sales growth over two years. I traveled extensively, including to the UK and Singapore, attending industry events like AP&M and MRO to position the brand at the forefront of aviation. Jet Midwest is where I honed my passion for aviation and aircraft, and why I still love every moment of flying.

I then took a purposeful step back from the workforce to enroll at BHMS Switzerland (ask me about my time there!), where I earned a Master of Science in International Hospitality and an MBA. The experience brought me face to face with people from all over the world, deepening my appreciation for global cultures. My background in the industry had long fueled my love for hospitality — and the way an experience can make or break a trip — which is exactly why I chose to study in the country that excels in it.

When the pandemic brought me back to Los Angeles, I began freelancing as a marketing and creative director for small businesses, building websites and crafting digital brand strategies. Simultaneously, I joined the SoCal Marketing Team at COMPASS as a Marketing Advisor, leveraging my expertise in branding and digital and traditional marketing strategy to deliver results in the dynamic world of real estate.

Today, I'm proud to be part of the growing AGIA family, delivering impactful marketing strategies to affinity groups nationwide.
